Please be aware the outcome of using this may vary depending on how much $$$ you spend on game.
Here's what you will need:
A main account and an alt account or several alt accounts depending on how much you want to do.
A good shard source. An alt guild or access to mines is ideal.
If you have a 2nd phone it will really speed up the process.
Gems on the main accounts you're using. Its 50 gems per attempt.
Shards that can be transferred include :
Guild map bounty shards.
Faction meld card shards.
Hero shards.
Special event shards (Liberty bell and other holiday event shards)
Shards from the mall shops
Clean the alt account you are going to transfer shards from
Either:
Make a new alt account that way you don't have to get rid of all the rubbish 1,2,3 * shards your alts may already have.
Or
Explore and finish 1,2 and 3* creature and hero cards to clear those shards out from your alt account.
Shard Transfer
On your main account create a very low power deck. I just use a Stormcaller or Wild Rose and then any 1* card unleveled. Try to aim for deck power around 300-400 on your alt and main. There aren't many targets down at that power level and it makes it easier to find your alt.
Make a very low power deck on the alt account you want to take shards from.
From your main account refresh raid until you find your alt account. Typically this will take 30+ mins and over 5M gold. Do the raid, dont worry about the result. The battle is now recorded on your Raid Battle Log.
Switch back to your normal deck on your main account
Login to your alt (this is where another phone/PC really speeds things up) and revenge raid back at your main
Login to your main and spend 50 gems to revenge raid your alt. This is when the shard transfer from alt to main account starts to occur
