So I have about 60k ore now and I really don't know which 5* star hero I should get Spirit Arbiter or Oceanus. First I was going for Spirit Arbiter but I have gotten 38 Oceanus hards from various events. Should wait for Spirit Arbiter or get Oceanus right now? :/

Oceanus is better at lvl 1-5 and Arbiter is better onwards. It all comes to how commited you are in farming the shards.

Both Heroes are pretty good. If you're in it for the long haul, I'd suggest Spirit Arbiter. I own a Spirit Arbiter, lv 4, and I'll tell you about my experience with her.
First things first, SA kicks ass from level 3 onwards. General misconception is that she shines only at level 5+, which is not true. Next, she's got the ability to learn Hero talents, Mass Charm and Lucidity(I have both), which are at times game changing.
The only con for SA is that it's a frustratingly long grind. Spending 200 energy, and gems to get to the first chest in either gem mine, everyday, requires ridiculous patience and a good stock of gems.
If you can't make up your mind, add people who have these Heroes to your friend list and see for yourself what appeals more.

Yes that's a good idea. I often use the option to practice against friends if I want to try something new on my deck

My first choice was always Oceanus, but since Faction War and Spirit Arbiter are in the game I'd choose Spirit Arbiter. It's a very, very, very good card for Faction War since it could remove an enemy creature from play instead destroying it so the opponent can Recycle/Revive it.
Good luck with with grinding!

Thanks for advice everyone! I think that I will just wait for sa even though it will take some time to get her hero skill to decent level.

I got oceanus, sa & bm. Anus "oceanus" will put u to some advantage base on opponent deck which is you can counter them by using what they have. "SA" Spirit arbiter is the one of stronger hero that can stop the opponent deck from revive or recycle which is awesome against mortii deck. "BM" blademaster is always making a shock situation during in game. If you think u will lose just because u only have 2 unused creature and versus against the opponent that have full card on deck, it something might been wrong. Once swing of BM ultimate can destroy them all. I always feeling shock with BM.
